Western Lakes Cycling Club Get-together

Western Lakes Cycling Club are holding their annual get-together in O’Malley’s Bar, Glebe Street, Ballinrobe, on Saturday next, February 23rd. All club members, parents, and supporters are invited to attend. The event will also see the club present their annual awards. There will be music and refreshments on the night, and all are welcome.

Leisure Spins

Leisure Spins take place among club members every Sunday (10am), Monday (3pm) and Thursday (3pm.)

Assemble at Cornmarket, Ballinrobe. Spin lengths vary but everyone is catered for – if you wish, you can cut out part of the spin to do a shorter run.

All are welcome, unless you’re very fast!

Spinning class

a new series of spinning classes starts Thursday the 21st of February at the cycling centre on the Kilmaine Rd out of Ballinrobe, class 1 starts at 7pm sharp and class 2 at 8.05pm. all you need is a towel and a water bottle, all are welcome. 4 classes 30 euro.

Circuit Training

Every Tuesday night at the Lakeside centre Ballinrobe, class open to all abilities. Come along at 8.30pm for a good enjoyable 50 minutes of multi type exercises…
