Training for the next season

Before you start training for next season take a long look at the 2008 season first, do a performance profile and evaluation on your self re your sport and the season gone by and see what areas you need to focus your training on over the winter months.

Too many people keep working on the same aspects of their fitness and improve very little .. don’t do the same things over again… remember the phrase…. As you will only get the same results…

Attached are sample training plans for Triathlon and racing cyclists for October and November, these months you are only gently getting back into a routine of structured training.
