Sunday July 25th 2010. The challenge includes a 1900 metre swim

over beautiful Lough Callow, followed by a 90 km cycle from Callow to Foxford onto Pontoon, Massbrook, Bofeenaun over the Windy Gap, into Castlebar, onto Parke, Turlough, Swinford and Callow, followed by a 21km run from Callow over to Bohola and finish up in Swinford.
