Entry fee €15 includes a shower at Castlecourt hotel.
The session will involve all the disciplines of S2S, bring bike, suitable shoes and all clothing that you think may be required.

What's involved ?
Participants will get a chance to have a dry run over the actual course, depending on fitness levels both the Spirit and Supreme courses will be covered.
Clothing and shoes to wear on race day
A run over parts of stage 1 and stage 5, see the best racing lines.
Tips on cycling (Gear selection, position and riding technique)
Nutrition and Hydration strategies
Climbing and descending techniques practiced on Croagh Patrick.
Post race Recovery techniques
 
The Castlecourt hotel are doing a special price for lunch, so why not avail of a great lunch and refuel the muscles at the same time.
