Race2Glory Training Day

Training on the Race 2 Glory course on Friday the 22nd(Good Friday) sign on at Kiltmagh GAA grounds from 4pm, training starts at 4.30pm.
Entry fee is €15, if you have registered for the race there is no charge.
Bring your bike, runners and suitable clothing. We will cover the first run, the transition and part of the first cycle course.
I will be on hand to give out tips on suggested training, equipment and clothing selection and what's new in Adventure racing
