Coaching and Training Camp

November 11th and 12th sees the first training camp of the winter been
held
in Cong, Co Mayo.
The camp's aim is to show people how to train properly for their goals
at
this time of year.
Guest speakers are John Newell who will be talking about Motivation,
Jay
Daly who is doing a brief on season Planning and Dave Mc Call who will
be
providing advice on multi day training camps in the sun.
During the weekend participants also get top ride their bikes and put
into
practice what was learned.
