Matthew Flynn Funathlon Report

Saturday last saw over 130 people take part in the Matthew Flynn Funathlon held in Greenfields on the Shores of Lough Corrib. The rain at the start did not dampen the spirits of the people taking part and one must say there was a real party atmosphere about the place. Winners on the day were as follows:
 
Mens results:

2nd James McGreevey (Covey Wheelers Westport)
3rd Paul Flynn (TLTC)
 
Ladies results:
1st. Deirdre Lee(TLTC)
2nd Deirdre Quinn (Athenry AC)
3rd Elimar Flynn ( TLTC)

1st Gary O'Brien & Frank Lee
2nd John Heneghan & Lisa Heneghan.
