M2M wash out

Due to the bad weather conditions on January the 11th a new date has been added so that people can re ”Try out “ the spin will be on Saturday February 14th at 9am from the Western Lakes Cycling centre on the Kilmaine road Ballinrobe.

Anyone who intends to make the squad must attend, this time pre entry is a must, closing date is February 5th anyone who paid for the Jan 11th camp will not have to pay at the February camp.

Enclosed is a general training plan for people who want to be fit for the February get together, remember to taper down 5 days before the spin.
Also enclosed is a booking form and draft itinerary for the bid in June 09
