January Training Camp

This is your last chance to gauge your form before the season starts, be you a leisure cyclist or an elite racer there will be a coach at this camp to guide you on each of the weekend training spins.

Marrey Training Systems will be holding its last pre season coaching and training camps on 20th and 21st of January. This camp is geared towards racing cyclists but will cater for strong leisure cyclists also. The camp is based at the Luxuries 4 **** Atlantic Coast Hotel Westport  Co. Mayo.

The camp is open to all abilities and genders from 15 years of age up.

Leisure and racing cyclists will benefit greatly from the various coaching topics, which include, Race and Event Tactics, Pre and Post Event Nutrition, training at Pace, talks on Motivation.

There will be a training spins with a specific session plans for each groups ability, some of Irelands best coaches and riders will be there to offer advice.

Cost is 220 euro which includes 2 nights accommodation (Fri 19th and Saturday 20th), breakfast and evening meal at the Westport Atlantic Coast Hotel and leisure centre, plus all coaching and training advice.

Closing date is January 12th 2007.

So to be sure of your place book early and send back deposit. Camp limited to 30 people.
