January 2 day Training camp 2008.

Marrey Training Systems will be organising a 2 day training camp on the weekend of January 26 and 27th for cyclists who have aspirations of a winning 2008 season.

The camp will aim to prepare riders for racing and anyone who wants to be going well in events early in the season.

There will be 2 long road spins up 3-4 hrs plus, where coaches will put the participants through a range of efforts as to stimulate efforts that will be made in competition etc.

Tactics, nutrition and Visualisation will be talked through at lectures after the spins.

The camp is open only to experienced cyclists from 16 years of age up.
