A 6 week circuit class program will starts Monday Night October 11th at 7.00pm sharp. Catering for all abilities, all you need is suitable clothing, a towel and water. The class combines cardio and strength exercises to target every muscle in the body, great for people with poor flexibility and bad posture
Spinning classes
Starting Thursday the 17th of October, 2 classes, one at 7pm and the second starts at 8:00pm open to adults, men and women, bring you own bike or use a club bike, please bring a towel and water.
Spin classes are renowned as a high aerobic workout, the resistance you work at will depend on how much you want to push yourself.
These classes are great for developing your cardiovascular system and help with weight management, ideal for anyone looking to get the most out of their time training.
Class instructors are both Gael force and cycling champions and have experience in most sports from running to adventure activities. Want to be trained by the best, want to push your limits.. then waste no more time and come see how its done

The cycling centre is on the Kilmaine road underneath the water towers.
