Mizen to Malin 20hr bid “Try out spins”

How about cycling 370 miles(592k) from Mizen head (Co Cork ) to Malin head (Co Donegal) non stop through the night….

From January 2009 you will get an opportunity to “TRY OUT “for a 30 person squad who will aim to Break the Blazing saddles record of 20hrs

There will be 2 dates for the “Try out spins”

January 11th and 18th come and cycle 80miles in 4hrs as part of a group and you qualify for next camp, its doable just have a go.

Meet at the western lakes cycling centre on the Kilmaine road Ballinrobe.

A Weekend training camp will be held in Mayo, Dates 24th and 25th of January. This camp is open to 30 people and will be based in Cong Co Mayo, accommodation will be B&B style, and there will be 2 full days of activities with a spin on both mornings with lectures in the afternoon.
