Bike Fit and maintaince workshop:

Members workshop on Friday 1st April at 7.30pm at the WLCC cycling centre Kilmaine road Ballinrobe.
Marrey Bikes (Eamon and staff) and myself will give a free workshop on bike position and how to keep your bike in good working order .
Great night to get plenty of cycling tips.
Open to all paid up Western Lakes and Trilakes members, non members cost €10
 
Workshop outline.Proper bike setup Cycling and pedaling techniques Bike maintaince (cleaning, checks, up keep) Fixing a puncture Tools to do the job.
